What we collect and why
The inquiry form collects the company or organisation, contact person, phone number, email and inquiry you provide. The application form collects your name, email, skills, portfolio link and application message. We use this information to respond, discuss a potential project or review your application. Please do not submit identity documents, bank details, health information or other sensitive information unrelated to your request.
How we process information
Forms use encrypted connections and are processed by Amazon Web Services in its Tokyo region before delivery to the company’s Google mailbox. Cloud providers supply hosting, email and security services, and may process data in Japan or other countries. We do not share personal information with other third parties except for necessary service processing, with your consent or as required by law.
Security and retention
The form system does not maintain a separate database of inquiry content or log message bodies and contact details. For abuse prevention, it temporarily stores irreversible identifiers derived from network addresses, request identifier digests and counts. The cloud platform removes these records after expiry. Received emails are retained as needed to handle correspondence and necessary business or legal obligations, and are periodically reviewed by the company.

You must agree to this notice before submitting a form. You can also contact the company directly by email. You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact above; we will verify your identity and respond as required by law. This website does not use advertising tracking or marketing analytics cookies. Cloud providers may retain technical records necessary for operation and security.
